Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Team Management: Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company. Guiding & Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and thereby identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets. Product is Small Machine Finance.
Credit & Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of Credit & Operations Department Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
Education & Experience Requirement
Education: Any Graduate and postgraduate
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Language Skills: English, Hindi & Local language
