Area Sales Manager - Solar Loan
(Grade - M4)
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Team Management: Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company. Guiding & Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable
Credit & Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of Credit & Operations Department Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
Education & Experience Requirement
Education: Any Graduate and postgraduate
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Language Skills: English, Hindi & Local language
Technical Competencies Required:
◉ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking/NBFC (Asset Finance) area
◉ Experience in dealing for Solar Loan /Business Loan/SME Finance
◉ Hard Core Sales Experience
◉ Good Negotiation Skills
◉ Should be very good with financial analysis and also possess knowledge of SME Business
◉ Proactive, Performance Oriented with excellent communication, convincing & Negotiation Skills.
◉ Local candidates would be preferred
Behavioral Competencies Required:
◉ Presentable, Proactive, self-starter & a continuous learner with good communication skills is a must.
◉ Prior experience in a managerial position handling techno-commercial aspect in related industries preferred.
◉ Minimum experience of 7 yrs. in related industries
◉ Sound knowledge of MS office products
